(1) How NoYell Collects and Uses Your Information (Including Personal Information)
Personal information refers to various types of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can individually or in combination with other information identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. Sensitive personal information includes personal biometric information (e.g., fingerprints, facial features, voiceprints), ID card numbers, bank account numbers, property information, transaction information, and location data.
We only collect and use your information for the purposes listed in this statement:
1. Scope of Application
1.1 Information Collection and Use by NoYell
Phone Number: The app collects the user's phone number, which is actively provided by the user when binding their phone number.
Device Information: The app collects device model, operating system version, device configuration, etc., to optimize versions. The app collects IMEI, MAC, IDFA, androidId, and OAID for user statistics purposes.
NoYell obtains user personal data from business partners through legitimate channels.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy policy:
Keyword information you enter when using the search services provided by the NoYell platform;
Conduct that violates laws or regulations or violates NoYell rules, and measures already taken against you by NoYell.
1.2 Permissions Obtained by NoYell
Read Device Information: IMEI, MAC, IDFA, androidId, and OAID will be used as the basis for account generation, allowing users to enjoy all services without registration.
Read/Write External Storage Permission: When you use the photo album import or save to local album features, you may need to enable storage permission. If you do not enable this permission, you will be unable to use the related features, but this will not affect your use of other services.
Network Access Permission: When you need to retrieve account information, a network connection is required. If you do not enable this permission, you will be unable to use the related features.
2. Use of Information
NoYell will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third parties, unless prior permission has been obtained from you, or such third party and NoYell (including affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after such services end, they will be prohibited from accessing all materials they previously had access to.
NoYell also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or freely distribute your personal information by any means. Any user of the NoYell platform found engaging in the above activities will immediately have their service agreement with NoYell terminated.
3. Disclosure of Information
In the following circumstances, NoYell will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or as required by law:
With your prior consent, disclosure to third parties;
Sharing your personal information with third parties when necessary to provide the products and services you request;
Disclosure to third parties or administrative/judicial authorities as required by law, or at the request of administrative or judicial authorities;
If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or the NoYell service agreement or related rules, disclosure to third parties may be required;
If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosure to the respondent upon request, to facilitate resolution of possible rights disputes;
In a transaction created on the NoYell platform, if either party has fulfilled or partially fulfilled their transaction obligations and has submitted an information disclosure request, NoYell has the right to provide that user with necessary information such as the contact details of the other party, in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or resolution of disputes.
Other disclosures that NoYell deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
4. Use of Cookies
Unless you refuse to accept cookies, NoYell will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in to or use NoYell platform services or features that rely on cookies.
You have the right to choose to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse cookies, you may be unable to log in to or use NoYell network services or features that rely on cookies.
Information obtained through cookies set by NoYell will be subject to this policy.
5. Information Security
NoYell accounts all have security protection features. Please keep your username and password safe. NoYell will take security measures such as encrypting user passwords to ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no "perfect security measure" on information networks.
When using NoYell network services to conduct online transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information to the other party or potential transaction parties, such as contact information or postal addresses. Please protect your personal information carefully and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been leaked, especially your NoYell username and password, please immediately contact NoYell customer service so that NoYell can take appropriate action.
6. Account Cancellation
If you need to cancel your account, please open the app --> tap "Settings" in the bottom right corner --> tap "Cancel Account". After cancellation, all your information stored on the server (including account and membership information) will be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.
(2) Retention Policy and Data Storage
We will retain the personal information collected above for the period necessary to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected. After this period, we will no longer retain personal information or will anonymize it.

Personal information collected and generated in this product and service will be stored within the People's Republic of China.
2-2. Data Retention Period
We retain your personal information only for the time necessary to achieve the above purposes, and will delete or anonymize your personal information after the retention period has expired, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
In the NoYell application, the specific retention periods for your personal data are as follows: We will collect pseudonymized device identifiers, location information, mobile network codes, and mobile device country codes, with a data retention period of at least 6 months.
In addition, if our products or services cease operations, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or other means, and will delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period.
